Barbarian GL Position

Greetings Barbarians -
It is time for us to select new GLs for the guild. This will be no normal election or anything, this will be done by appointment. As I have not been around much because of otherworldly things keeping me away. Keira and I have chosen a route that will help us find the right people for the position.
Now, on to business...
You must meet the following requirements to be able to be considered for GL;
1. You must be a registered user
2. You must be land level 25 or higher
3. You must be guild level 20 or higher
4. You must be free of "relatives" who hold position in other guilds in Terris.
There are 2 open GL positions. The things I expect from a GL is someone who can lead as I have. This comes in with teaching and upholding our guild ethos and charter. As well as offering guidance or advice where as needed, and just being there for your fellow Barbarians. If you feel you can fulfill these things, by all means, please consider becoming a part of the leadership.
For those wishing to be considered for the position. I have here a short questionnaire to be filled out. Once filled out you will notify myself and Keira at domusus@gmail.com and BarbKeira@aol.com. You will have until November 16, 2007 11:59 pm EST. When notifying us, please put in the subject "Barbarian GL". Copy and paste the following questionnaire with your answers in your e-mail;
1. Name
2. Land level and guild level
3. Why do you wish to be apart of the guild leadership?
4. What do you feel you will bring to the guild being apart of the guild leadersip??
5. What will you do if chosen to be apart of the guild leadership?
6. How will you handle a dispute between two fellow Barbarians that are being unruly and guild shouts?
7. How will you handle someone that is not following our rule for tithing?
8. How will you handle someone that is not following our resurrection policy?
9. If you are unable to perform your duties, what will you do?
